Session 1: 2000-2001 birth-year players

Obtaining total body & puck control. Gain optimal power, pinpoint accuracy and enhanced release time. Speeding up preparation time, protecting the puck and building confidence in which shot to take and when.
Skating with Justin Antoine
Antoine Skating will bring your speed and control to the next level. With elite drills that will improve the player’s posture, control of movement, eliminate wasted energy and maximize power and speed for any game situation.

COMBO CAMP INSTRUCTORS
Tim Turk is an NHL level Skills and Technical shooting coach. He is in his 6th year with Montreal Canadiens and attended his first development camp with Tampa Bay Lightning. In addition, he works with NHL, AHL, OHL, NCAA and Minor Hockey League players & organizations at all levels – worldwide.
Justin Antoine is a Professional Hockey Skating Coach and uses his extensive knowledge of skating and hockey to deliver an elite program that has developed the skating speed and mobility for many elite pro, junior, college and amateur hockey players.
Justin was the Official Skating Coach for the Brampton Battalion OHL 2009/2010, is in his 4th season as an amateur Scout for the Toledo Walleye ECHL, and is the Head Power Skating Coach for CAN/AM Guelph Hockey School.

PROshooters Owner and Director of Player Development Tim Turk has worked with dozens of Canadian, American and International high-level hockey players, and those on their way. In the videos found here, former NHL defenseman Teppo Numminen demonstrates some of the PROshooters techniques used to enhance puck skills.
In addition to dozens of dedicated PROshooters students, Tim works with NHL and prospect level players as a skills development coach with the Montreal Canadiens, Tampa Bay Lightning and various elite leagues in Sweden.
